Chocolate Coffee Cake ( Soft )

     Ingredients
 • 200 grams soft butter
 • 3 cups sugar
 • 1 cup yoghurt or sour cream
 • 3/4 cup cocoa
 • 2 teaspoon baking soda
 • 3 eggs
 • 3 cups self rising flour
 • 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
 • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
 • 1 cup boiling strong coffee

     Preparation Method

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

3. Beat together for 1 minute and pour mixture into a lined cake tin.

4. Cook for 1 hr or until springy to touch.

5. Ice with Chocolate Icing when cool.
