    Ingredients
 • 4 cups Raw Rice
 • 2 cup Urad Dal
 • 2 tablespoon Oil for greasing
 • Salt to taste 
 • Water to mix
 • A pinch of Baking Soda
 • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds 

      Preparation Method
1. First Soak urad dal,fenugreek seeds and rice separately in water for about 6-7 hours.
2. After due time, grind the soaked ingredients in a mixer to make a smooth  paste.
3. Now leave the paste aside, for about 8 hours
4. After add salt and baking soda to the paste. Mix well.
5. And Pour the mixture gradually into the greased cavities of an Idli Stand.
6. Expose Idli Stand to steam for a few minutes in a cooker or closed vessel.
7. Then, carefully take out the stand and remove the the Idlis using a spoon.
8. Now Repeat the procedure for the remaining mixture. Idlis are ready. 
     :: Serve them in pairs with coconut chutney and sambhar ::
