Banana Cream Cheese Cake With-Walnut Graham Crust ( Amre )

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR - WALNUT GRAHAM CRUST:
• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 cup ground walnuts
(pulse in the food processor a few times)
• 4 tablespoon sugar
• 6 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
INGREDIENTS FOR - BANANA CREAM CHEESE CAKE:
• 1 pound cream cheese
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar• 1 lemon, squeezed of juice
• 1 cup bananas, mashed (approximately 3 bananas)
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
FIRST PREPARATION METHOD FOR (WALNUT GRAHAM CRUST )
1. First Preheat oven to 325F and after Combine the graham cracker crumbs, walnuts,
and sugar in a food processor and whirl to combine. Now Add the butter and stir until
all the ingredients are moistened.
2. Now Spread the mixture into an ungreased 9” pie plate (or 9-inch spring form pan).
Use your hands or a flat-bottomed glass to press the mixture evenly into the bottom
and sides (if desired) of the pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, just until golden brown and firm.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
SECOND PREPARATION METHOD FOR ( BANANA CREAM CHEESE CAKE )
3. Its Time To Increase oven temperature to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream
cheese, sugar and lemon juice together. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after
each addition. Stir in the yogurt and mashed bananas and blend well until smooth. Pour
the mixture into the prepared crust and bake for 1 hour. Turn off the oven. Cool in the
oven, with the door propped open until cake is at room temperature.
Chill until ready to serve.
