Chicken Vermicelli - Recipe ( Pure Chinese Style )

Ingredients
• 1 pack vermicelli noodles
• 1 pack beansprouts
• 1 breast chicken cut into ( strips and fried ).
• salt to taste
• 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce or to taste
• Spring onions sliced (optional)
Preparation Method
1. First Cut the chicken into strips and fry in a wok for three minutes. Once cooked,
place it in a dish to the side and begin cooking instructions. Alternatively you could,
use leftover chicken from your roast
2. Heat oil in a wok, on high heat until hot. Then Fry the beansprouts for one
minute and then add the vermicelli noodles for two minutes and Add the sliced
chicken and stir-fry for three minutes being careful to keep everything moving.
3. Add salt and soya sauce to taste (and spring onions if you want) and stir fry so
everything is incorporated. Serve.
:: The noodles may stick to your wok or pan, which is not too much of a problem if
you serve the dish soon, but you do want to avoid leaving the noodles in there and
