Chow Mein Chicken - Recipe ( South Chinese Style )

Ingredients
• 2 tablespoon vegetable oil.
• 1 pack noodles.
• 1 pack beansprouts.
• 1 breast of chicken ( sliced and fried ).
• A pinch of salt to taste.
• 1 teaspoon soya sauce to taste.
• Spring onions - sliced (optional).
Preparation Method
1. First Cut the chicken into cubes and fry in a wok for three minutes.
Once cooked, place it in a dish to the side and begin cooking instructions.
2. Now Heat oil in a wok, on high heat until hot , Fry the beansprouts and noodles,
for two minutes,Next add in the chicken and fry for a further three minutes,
3. Add salt and soya sauce to taste and fry for another three minutes. Serve.
