Chutney - Recipe For DOSA & IDLI ( South Indian Style )

      Ingredients
 • 1/2 coconut grated
 • 1 teaspoons mustard seeds
 • 3 Green Chillies.
 • 2 tablespoon urad daal (yellow lentil)
 • 5-6 curry leaves
 • Salt to taste
 • 2 tablespoons oil

     Preparation Method
1. Grind the coconut into a fine paste in the food processor.
2. Take a small pan, heat the oil and when hot add the mustard seeds, curry laves, 
   dry Green chillies and urad daal . Fry till the Green chillies turn dark in color
3. Remove from the fire and add to the coconut paste. Add salt to taste and serve.
