Ingredients
• 1 cup Urad daal
• 2 cups Rice
• 1hand full -Channa daal
• 1 tablespoon - Methi seeds
• A pinch Soda
• Salt
• 2 tablespoon Oil
Preparation Method
1. First Take pure water to Wash well and Soak urad daal,channa daal for 6 hours,
and after .take pure water and Wash well Rice and methi seeds are to be soaked,
seperately till the same 6 hours.Then after ,grind them into a paste. Add salt on your
taste and let it ferment for 10 hours.
2. Place a Dosa pan or Non-stick Pan on the stove .After it is heated,apply
1 Teaspoon full of oil to the Dosa pan or No-stick Pan.And then pour a cupful of,
the prepared dosa batter on the Dosa Pan,and spread it like dosa.After it is done,
turn backside and add half teaspoon oil,and remove after it is done.
