Ingredients
ā¢ 100 grams maida(All purpose flour)
ā¢ 20 grams dalda
ā¢ 1 tablespoon curd
ā¢ 1 pinch baking soda
ā¢ 1 pinch salt
ā¢ 2 tablespoon sugar
ā¢ Oil for (deep frying)
FOR SWEET SUGAR SYRUP:
ā¢ Ā½ cup sugar
ā¢ 2 tablespoon water
ā¢ Ā½ teaspoon cardamom powder
ā¢ Elachi powder 2 Pinches
Preparation Method
1. First Mix together curd,soda and salt. and to the above mixture add dalda and maida
to form a dough similar to chappathi dough by sprinkling water if required.
2. Now Keep the dough aside for an hour and Make small balls and flatten it.
Make a
depression with thumb at the centre and Fry this in oil until a golden brown color.
Allow to cool and Make sugar syrup to one string consistency.Dip each badusha in the
syrup and keep aside till it dries.
