Wheat Flour Laddoo

    Ingredients
 • 1 kg Wheat flour
 • 1 kg Pure Ghee
 • 1 kg (ground) Sugar
 • ½ cup (crushed) Almond
 • 1/4 cup (crushed) Pistachio
 • 1 cup Raisins (soak in water 20 minutes)
 • 7 Green cardamom (crushed)

       Preparation Method
1. First Take a wok and heat the ghee and Fry cardamom then add wheat flour, fry it, 
  stir continuously. Fry it over medium flame until it changes its color towards light 
  brown.Then let it cool.

2. Now Take a sauce pan and cook sugar in 1 cup water until get thick and Allow it to cool.

  When it gets cool, add sugar syrup in flour and mix with hands very well. Add all other
  ingredients and mix well. Then make small balls of this mixture with hand. Keep these
  balls in a tray for 1 day to dry.

3. Finally preserve these balls in an airtight jar and Keep in cool place.


MY NOTE: Flour is produced from wheat. It is a source of protein. There are different
               types of flour. All purpose flour is especially used for baking products. It has]
               little amount of gluten and protein ::
