Cheese Cake Of Tofu

Ingredients
• 200 grams - Tofu
• 150 grams - Apple or The finished pumpkin puree (made from boiled pumpkin)
• 100 grams - ginger Biscuits.
• 3 tablespoons - Brown Sugar.
• 2 tablespoons - neutral odour Any vegetable oil.
• 50 grams - Peanuts are crushed (dried).
• ½ teaspoon - Ginger powder.
Preparation Method
1. First grind the cookies into a powder using a blender and grease a deep form
( preferably silicone ) oil. Pour the crumbs and drizzle with oil again.
2. Now mix all remaining ingredients in a blender. Pour into a form with crumbs.
3. bake in a pre heated to 350 in the oven for about 40 minutes.
While the cheesecake is brown on the edges. Allow to cool and remove from the mold.
