Cheese Cake Of Tofu

:: You won't believe that this easy (and yummy!) tofu vegan cheesecake recipe is cholesterol-free and pure vegetarian and healthy. You could also serve your Tofu cheesecake with fresh fruit or a fruit sauce. Another idea is to use a pre-made chocolate crust and drizzle the top with chocolate syrup or fudge.    Ingredients
 • 200 grams - Tofu
 • 150 grams - Apple or The finished pumpkin puree (made from boiled pumpkin) 
 • 100 grams - ginger Biscuits.
 • 3 tablespoons - Brown Sugar.
 • 2 tablespoons - neutral odour Any vegetable oil.
 • 50 grams - Peanuts are crushed (dried).
 • ½ teaspoon - Ginger powder.

     Preparation Method
1. First grind the cookies into a powder using a blender and grease a deep form
  ( preferably silicone ) oil. Pour the crumbs and drizzle with oil again.

2. Now mix all remaining ingredients in a blender. Pour into a form with crumbs.


3. bake in a pre heated to 350 in the oven for about 40 minutes. 
  While the cheesecake is brown on the edges. Allow to cool and remove from the mold.
