Shrimp with Pasta and Garlic

Ingredients
• 1¾ lb. large shrimp, peeled and de-veined
• ½ cup butter
• 2 tomatoes, crushed
• 5 medium cloves garlic, crushed and minced
• ⅓ cupchopped fresh parsley
• 2 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
• salt and pepper to taste
• 12 oz. of pasta Preferably angel hair pasta
Preparation Method
1. Take a large pot bring 4 quarts (4 l) of water to a rapid boil, reduce heat and cook on
low until tender about 11 minutes.
2. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat until butter stops foaming,
about 40 seconds.
3. Now Add the shrimp and garlic and sauté over medium heat, turning frequently until
the shrimp turns pink, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the parsley, lemon juice,pepper,Crushed tomato and salt; stir well and Remove
the pan from the heat, add shrimp to pasta and toss until evenly coated.
Serve immediately, for best results.
