TOMATO SOUP Healthy dish for Kids

   Ingredients
 • 400 grams Tomato 
 • 60 grams Rice
 • Water (depends on the desired density, offer 200 ml)
 • 4 tablespoons butter
 • ½ teaspoon cumin (zeera)
 • 1 large bay leaf pieces.
 • 2 cloves things-
 • ½ teaspoon asafotidea,
 • coriander powder 
 • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder-
 • ½ teaspoon sugar 1 tbsp 
 • 1.5 tablespoon of salt-a pinch of fresh herbs (parsley, or cilantro, 
 • 1 leaf of Basil if desired) 


       Preparation Method
1. First Take the tomatoes in boiling water and leave it for a few minutes. 
  Then easily remove Peel. Cut into large pieces. 

2. Now heat a skillet, butter and throw the whole spices and bay leaf, ziru, 
  cloves and stir for half a minute. Add to pepper, coriander, asafoetida and tomatoes.
  5 minutes to extinguish.

3. Remove from the heat, pulls out of the filling mass of flowers (Pinks) and Laurel leaf.
  Turn mixture into a blender, puree.

4. Add water-as much as liquid or thick soup you desire. Put on the heat and throw the
  washed rice. Cook for about 15 minutes.

5. Remove from heat, add sugar and salt. Poured in plates. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
