Ingredients
• 2 red and 1 yellow bell peppers
• 400 grams of white beans,(soak all night
• 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2. l. Hing
• 2. l. extra virgin olive oil
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• chopped fresh parsley to taste
Preparation Method
1. First rinse Beans, pour water on a 5 cm above the level of the bean. Boil in water with
the Bay pepper simmered for about an hour (if you have a pressure cooker, then-smaller)
until softened. Approximately 5-10 minutes before end of cooking salt. Drain off excess
water.
