SWEET PILAF Recipe

   Ingredients
 • 100 grams Raisin
 • 100 grams butter
 • salt – to taste
 • 1.5 cups of rice
 • 2 PCs medium size carrots
 • 150 grams apricots


 Preparation Method
1. raisins, dried apricots and wash rice, soak separately at 1:0

2. Peel and cut the Carrots into strips.

3. melt butter in a cooking pot, put the carrots and FRY until cooked, 4 to 5 minutes.

4. Dried apricots and raisins are cast aside in a colander.

5. Dried apricots cut into chunks and add to carrots.

6. cover with a layer of raisins.

7. bare to salt.

8. discard the Rice sieve and pour into the cauldron for the dried fruit.

9. pour the boiling water so that it covered Rees on 2 SM, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

10. When all of the water will go away from the surface, tightly cover with a big plate of pilaf. 

11. Then close the cauldron lid, reduce heat to low and Cook, without stirring, 40 min.
Pilaf is ready!
