Aaloo Bonda's

Ingredients
• 4 Potatoes
• 2 Cups besan
• 3 Green chilies
• 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
• 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
• 2 Cups oil
Preparation Method
• First Boil the potatoes and mash it properly and add red chili powder, garam masala, chopped green chilies to mashed aloo.
• Now make ball of mashed aloo mixture and add water to besan and make a batter of medium consistency.
• Now add turmeric powder and salt to batter and Dip each ball in the batter.
• Finally Fry it till it turns golden brown.
