BAKED APPLES WITH STUFFING

Ingredients
• 2 Green Apple
• nuts
• Raisin
• Prune
• 2 tablespoon lodges. sugar
• 1 Small orange (zest and Juice)
• 1:0 Lodges. Ground spices (Cinnamon, cardamom, anise, Illicium)
• Yogurt Cheese or cottage to feed
Preparation Method
1. First Cut apples into two parts, Dessert spoon, remove the core.
2. Rinse raisins and prunes and dried. Prunes finely chop.
3. Nuts dry, Peel and chop.
4. Now mix dried fruits, nuts, sugar, spice and zest. Fill this mixture Pour the apples into the ceramic form. Pour the orange juice and bake in the oven at 200 * about 7-10 minutes until tender.
5. Apples Slightly cool and serve with Yogurt Cheese or cottage.
