Healthy Carrot Soup

Ingredients
• 0.5 kg carrots
• 150 grams celery root
• 1 tablespoon spoon of grated ginger root
• salt to taste
• spices-asafoetida, cumin, red hot pepper
• 1 tablespoon spoon lemon juice
Preparation Method
1. Chop the carrots into small pieces and smash it on medium heat olive oil in a frying pan with lid closed. In the meantime, chop the celery and add to carrots.
