Healthy Carrot Soup

Ingredients
ā¢ 0.5 kg carrots
ā¢ 150 grams celery root
ā¢ 1 tablespoon spoon of grated ginger root
ā¢ salt to taste
ā¢ spices-asafoetida, cumin, red hot pepper
ā¢ 1 tablespoon spoon lemon juice
Preparation Method
1. Chop the carrots into small pieces and smash it on medium heat olive oil in a frying pan with lid closed. In the meantime, chop the celery and add to carrots.
