HUNGARIAN APPLE PIE

  Ingredients
 • 130grams flour
 • 160 grams of semolina
 • 180 grams of sugar
 • 7 grams baking powder
 • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
 • 7 apples
 • 120 grams butter

    Preparation Method
1. In a separate bowl mix the flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon
2. Take apples, clean peel and seed pods and rub on a coarse grater
3. Form for lining baking baking paper or foil and grease with butter liberally
4. Pour on the bottom of a part of the dry mixture, a layer should not be too thick, and level
5. Then spread a layer of grated apple about the same thickness, level
6. Alternating layers, spread all the dry mixture and apples, the last layer should be dry. Approximately three dry leaves and two apple layer. Top Grate butter
7. The oven heats up to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes, the crust should be golden brown.
