Pasta and broccoli with Parmesan cheese

  Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• vermicelli
• salt
• juice and zest of one lime or lemon
• steamed broccoli
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or Normal cheese


   Preparation Method
1. First put a large pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. While the water is heating, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Toss the tomatoes in hot oil until brown. Turn off the heat when the pasta is cooked.

2. When the water boils, drop a tablespoon of kosher salt. Add the pasta and cook for about 3 minutes.

3. Now turn heat to low and add the cooked pasta. Then add on top of the lemon zest and juice, broccoli, salt, pepper, butter and parmesan cheese.
