RICE WITH PINEAPPLE HEALTHY RECIPE

Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon. vegetable oil
• Teaspoon curry powder
• 0.5 Teaspoon asafoetida
• 600 grams of boiled rice (basmati or Jasmine)
• 300 grams of fresh or canned pineapple (chunks)
• A small bunch coriander (finely chopped)
Preparation Method
1. First take a Pan, oil Sauté spices and add Boiled rice and pineapple (and a ADD little pineapple juice).
2. Now add the coriander.
3. Warm up a few minutes and serve half of a pineapple peaces ( Optional ).
