RICE WITH PINEAPPLE HEALTHY RECIPE

:: My Friends Comments About This Recipe :- ( This is a very tasty dish, tried it in Asia. They have roasted cashews and added vegetables as desired. But it is better to use fresh pineapple, canned would be too sweet. And serve half of a pineapple ) ::

     Difficulty : Easy

   Ingredients 
  1 tablespoon. vegetable oil
•  Teaspoon curry powder
•  0.5 Teaspoon asafoetida
  600 grams of boiled rice (basmati or Jasmine)
  300 grams of fresh or canned pineapple (chunks)
•  A small bunch coriander (finely chopped)


    Preparation Method
1. First take a Pan, oil Sauté spices and add Boiled rice and pineapple (and a ADD little pineapple juice).
2. Now add the coriander.
3. Warm up a few minutes and serve half of a pineapple peaces ( Optional ).
