SPRING BREAKFAST SHOULD INCLUDE



Dried fruit - (apricots, prunes, dried pears, dried apples, raisins, figs, dates).
Fresh fruit - (if you have a strong fire of digestion and after breakfast you won't feel heaviness in the stomach aches, weakness)
Nuts - (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sometimes, rarely, peanuts)
Spices - (green cardamom, cinnamon, fennel, anise, star anise, saffron, cumin, caraway, mint, melisu, barberry, root)
Dairy - products (evaporated milk, butter, milk, sour cream, fermented baked milk, cheese, cottage cheese, cream) ..
