Instructions to do proper Upward-Facing Dog
(Urdhva Mukha Svanasana):
⢠Lay down on your abs
⢠Hands beside the side ribs
⢠Soften the upper back
⢠Inhale & exhale, push the hands and lift yourself off the floor (only toes & palms are on the floor).
