OATS COTTAGE CHEESE

This Cottage Cheese Oats with Honey, Blueberries and Banana recipe brings together some of the foods considered to be weight loss superfoods in one delicious and easy to prepare dish.

 Ingredients

• 1/3 cup quick cooking oats
• 2/3 cup low fat milk
• ¼ cup cottage cheese
• 3 tablespoons fresh blueberries
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Pinch of cinnamon
• 5 slices banana

   Preparation Method 

1. Place oats and milk in a bowl and cook in microwave for 1min 20secs.  Set aside for 1 minute to cool.
2. In a separate bowl mix together cottage cheese, pinch of cinnamon and honey.
3. Place cottage cheese mixture on top of oats, then place banana and blueberries on top.
4. Serve immediately
