  Ingredients

• 1 Ripe Banana
• ½ cup frozen blueberries
• 1 ½ cups low fat milk
• 1 small tub vanilla yoghurt (125g)
• ¼ cup oats
• 1 tablespoon Honey

  Preparation Method

1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Serve in chilled glasses, with straws.
3. Garnish with a sprinkle of oats.
